Elaine Dixson

Elaine Dixson is president of Key Concepts Ltd., a communications management consultancy specializing in stakeholder research, strategic communication planning, organizational development, communication auditing, reputation research, and communication coaching and training. Elaine has over 25 years’ experience in communications practice in both public and private sector organizations. She has taught public relations and communications full and part time at the post-secondary level for 20 years. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, a Master’s degree in Communications Studies, and a Master’s degree in Continuing Education. She is an accredited member of the Public Relations Society of America and the International Association of Business Communicators, and a member of the International Public Relations Association. In 2004, she was awarded IABC’s Master Communicator award, denoted by the MC designation.

She is a frequent presenter at conferences and workshops, and her publications include “The Virtual Social Identity: Creating and Sustaining Reputational Value.”
