Youth Vital Signs - Participate Now

Youth Vital Signs is a youth-driven project that gives voice to the experience and knowledge of Calgarians ages 12-20. Through a survey, youth get a chance to assess their quality of life in Calgary by assigning grades on key issue areas that affect them. With your help we can identify opportunities for positive change in these ten key issue areas. Your ideas and grades will then be used to increase the influence of youth on public policy and community investments, and help decision makers improve the lives of young people in Calgary.

The survey will take 10 - 15 minutes to complete. All information is kept confidential. Results of this survey will be published in the Youth Vital Signs Report Card in June 2012.
